The hotel's location is ideal for exploring nearby attractions.
My experience at Cyan Hotel De Las Americas was disappointing. The room was dated, and I encountered several issues including very few power outlets, which made charging devices quite difficult. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent to guest needs. they refused to assist when I needed to hail a taxi in the rain, which was frustrating.

Centrally located with many attractions nearby, the spacious room was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and the effective wifi. However, the air conditioning was unmanageable, the breakfast left much to be desired with limited options, and the pool appeared unclean, lacking proper maintenance. For those looking for a more reliable dining option, the grilled fish at a local restaurant was a highlight.

The location makes exploring attractions easy, with a supermarket conveniently across the street. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge, which was a nice touch. Breakfast offered a decent selection, although the air conditioning unit was noisy yet effective. A bit of a downside was the older furnishings in the room, which could use some updating.
